About this product
The larger sibling of the DBR12 — a 15-inch active monitor offering greater low-frequency extension and higher maximum SPL from a self-contained, portable enclosure. When stage volume requirements are higher or the venue is larger, the DBR15 provides the extra headroom without complicating the setup.
15-inch woofer and 1.4-inch compression driver in a bi-amplified active enclosure with 1,000W of total Class D amplification. The larger 15-inch driver provides more cone area and greater low-end extension than the DBR12 — better suited to music monitoring where bass energy in the foldback matters, particularly for bass players, drummers and DJs monitoring heavy mixes on stage. Yamaha's D-CONTOUR DSP processing maintains tonal consistency across the SPL range. Same flexible positioning options and dual-input mixer section as the DBR12.
